This Entry Form must be signed by all parties having rights in or to the Design. By signing below I/we confirm that I/we own all rights in and to the Design and that it is my/our original work, the Design is not in breach of any obligation of confidence or in violation of any applicable laws and does not infringe any third party rights of whatever nature and that I/we has/have all rights and permissions necessary to submit the Design to the Virgin Earth Challenge and to exploit (or grant rights to exploit) the Design anywhere in the World. I/we have read and understand the Virgin Earth Challenge Guidelines and agree that I /we will comply with the Virgin Earth Challenge Guidelines. I understand that a Participation Agreement will be provided for my/our execution and that the Participation Agreement will contain the full set of rules for participation in the competition. I/we agree that any decisions of the Virgin Earth Challenge judges are final and I agree to abide by such decisions.
