Formal NOTICE is hereby given to you that the federal statute at 5 U.S.C. 2902(c) states, “The commissions of judicial officers ... shall be made out and recorded in the Department of Justice under the seal of that department and countersigned by the Attorney General

 

Formal DEMAND is hereby made of you to produce a certified copy of the presidential commissions of William B. Shubb and Dale A. Drozd, currently employed by the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and both claiming to be judicial officers of the United States.

 

The certified documents in question, properly recorded in the Department of Justice under the seal of that department and countersigned by the Attorney General, must be delivered via first class U.S. Mail to the mailing location shown below, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2002 A.D. (ten (10) days hence).

 

As you must already know, impersonating a federal officer is a serious federal offense.  See 18 U.S.C. 912 (a felony).
