DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE RECUSAL

TO:       Mr. Procter Hug, Accessory after the Fact

c/o Cathy A. Catterson, Clerk of Court

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

          P.O. Box 193939

          San Francisco 94119-3939

          CALIFORNIA, USA

FROM:     Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

          Plaintiff/Appellant and Private Attorney General

Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al. #02-15269

DATE:     December 19, 2002 A.D.

SUBJECT:  bias and prejudice, 28 U.S.C. 455;

          criminal complicity, 18 U.S.C. 3, 1503, 1512, 1513

Mr. Procter Hug:

As the Plaintiff in the above entitled case, I demand your immediate recusal for cause.

As the Appellant in the above entitled case, I demand your immediate recusal for cause.

As the Private Attorney General in the above entitled case, I demand your immediate recusal for cause.

Nobody who stubbornly persists in aiding and abetting a known extortion racket and money laundry, in blatant violation of numerous federal and State laws, deserves the title of federal or State judge.

I am attaching evidence of your complicity in the criminal conspiracy of which I was an eyewitness and victim directly damaged in the United States District Court in Tucson, Arizona during 1996 and 1997 A.D.

I didn’t make these laws, Mr. Hug;  Congress did.

A word to the wise is sufficient:  Get off this case NOW!

Yours truly,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
