Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.
Superior Court of California, docket #GIC807057
DATE: November 16, 2003 A.D.
SUBJECT: PLAINTIFF’S FIRST VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT ON INFORMATION
Greetings R. Gilmore:
The Superior Court of California has original jurisdiction in the above entitled matter, pursuant to the authorities cited in My Initial COMPLAINT, which has already been verified under penalty of perjury.
A subset of the criminal violations itemized in the PLAINTIFF’S FIRST VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT ON INFORMATION supra are also among the RICO predicate acts that are itemized at 18 U.S.C. 1961.
As such, the Superior Court of California likewise has jurisdiction over the RICO predicate acts alleged in the latter CRIMINAL COMPLAINT.
Lacking licenses to practice law in California, the accused individuals are not members of the State Bar of California in good standing. As such, none of the accused is under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of California, at the present time.
If and when #GIC807057 should come before the Supreme Court of California pursuant to Law, then and only then would the California Supreme Court have jurisdiction over the above entitled case.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
