REQUEST FOR SURRENDER OF DOCUMENTS

TO:      Jack Stumsky

         Office of the District Attorney

         330 West Broadway

         San Diego 92101

         CALIFORNIA, USA

FROM:    Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

         Private Attorney General and Plaintiff

DATE:    June 24, 2004 A.D.

SUBJECT: Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.

Superior Court of California case #GIC807057

Dear Mr. Stumsky:

In light of my letter to Ms. Bonnie Dumanis, which was hand-delivered today to the Office of the District Attorney, I hereby respectfully request that you surrender forthwith to Ms. Dumanis any and all documents which I previously transmitted to you with my letter previously mailed to you and dated April 9, 2004 A.D.

Our unsatisfactory and unproductive meeting yesterday has given me good cause to question your objectivity in all matters which I have now brought to the attention of the District Attorney’s office.

Specifically, the material evidence implicating suspect Lawrence E. Condit in acts of fraud and perjury is a matter which you appear to lack the requisite qualifications to review with objectivity, and with fidelity to the federal and States laws that have been violated.

Thank you for your immediate cooperation.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
