This is a request under the Oregon Freedom of Information Act at Oregon Revised Statutes (“ORS”) sections 192.001 et seq., submitted to you in your capacity as the Public Records Administrator of Oregon, designated as such by said statutes.

 

Please provide a true and correct photocopy of the following document(s) without delay:

 

(1)           OATH OF OFFICE for all Administrative Law Judges, including but not limited to William A. Halpert dba Presiding Administrative Law Judge, currently employed by the Oregon Office of Administrative Hearings, 1905 Lana Avenue, N.E., Salem 97314-0100, OREGON, USA, as required by the federal statute at 4 U.S.C. 101 and by Article VI, Clause 3 in the Constitution for the United States of America.
