This is a request under the Oregon Freedom of Information Act at Oregon Revised Statutes (“ORS”) sections 192.001 et seq., submitted to you under protest because the Public Records Administrator of the Oregon Secretary of State has not located the credentials in question, despite being designated the legal custodian by said statutes.

 

Please provide a true and correct photocopy of the following document(s) without any further delays:

 

(1)           OATHS OF OFFICE for all Administrative Law Judges (“ALJ”), including but not limited to Lynne J. Wehrlie dba Administrative Law Judge and William A. Halpert dba Presiding Administrative Law Judge, all of whom are currently employed by the Oregon Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”), 1905 Lana Avenue, N.E., Salem 97314-0100, OREGON, USA, and Samantha Fair dba Administrative Law Judge who is currently employed by the OAH, 12901 SW Jenkins, Ste. “C”, Beaverton 97005, OREGON, USA, as required by the federal statute at 4 U.S.C. 101 and by Article VI, Clause 3, in the Constitution for the United States of America as lawfully amended.

 

I request a waiver of all fees for this request.  If you decide to deny this request for fee waiver, please promptly inform me of the nominal costs to photocopy and transmit all available documents to the mailing address below without further delays.

 

Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the Oregon State government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.
