by 65 “administrative law judges” employed by Oregon’s OAH

Enclosed please find preliminary evidence of a mail fraud racket being perpetrated by sixty-five (65) current employees of Oregon’s Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”), without the requisite credentials.

Please create a paper file in anticipation of additional evidence and a formal Mail Fraud Report which Mr. Chester E. Davis is expected to lodge shortly with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

For your information, a related Mail Fraud Report has already been lodged by Mr. Davis against twenty-five (25) more impostors currently seated on the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
