Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989

The People of the United States of America ex rel. Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.,

Private Attorney General and Agent of the United States as Qui Tam Relator (4 TIMES),

regret to inform you hereby that you are now under formal investigation on suspicion of

violating the Federal criminal statutes at 18 U.S.C. sections 175-178 and 1962(d)

(conspiring to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities by committing predicate acts

in violation of statutory prohibitions in the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989).
