FROM:     Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

DATE:     April 23, 2003 A.D.

SUBJECT:  Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.

Superior Court of California, San Diego County

          Clerk’s docket number #GIC807057

Dear Proprietor:

This is my Formal DEMAND for the return of all of my incoming U.S. Mail that appears to have been stolen from your premises, and for restitution of all funds of mine that were also stolen from your premises.

The mail in question included BRIEFS from attorneys for Defendants appearing at the Ninth Circuit in appeal #02-15269, and other business mail containing U.S. Postal Money Orders and private correspondence.

The Money Orders in question were endorsed by your customer, Teresa Giordano/Box 281 dba Quality Paralegal Services, and deposited into her bank account.  The buyers obtained copies of those money orders, confirming Teresa Giordano’s theft of my U.S. Mail and its contents.

These acts are felony violations of the federal criminal Code.

Please forward this DEMAND to all known suspects, by all means available to you, e.g. one “Darcy Marshall” did work with Giordano.

Please also be aware that there is a concerted campaign underway to defame my good name and reputation.  Such defamation per se is malicious, criminal in nature, and actionable in the above entitled case as filed on March 12, 2003 A.D., i.e. retaliation against a known federal witness, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1512 and 1513.

Thank you for your immediate cooperation.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
