Greetings Mr. Pichai et al.:

Simple interest at the rate of 7% APR has now accrued on the enclosed INVOICE over a period of sixty-nine (69) months, as follows:

($2,000,000 x 0.07 / 12) = $11,666.67 x 69

= $805,000 pre-judgment interest (Calif. usury law)

+$2,000,000 principal (see INVOICE 8/28/2010)

At least three (3) INVOICEs have now been served on Google, Inc. via U.S. Mail to the Registered Agent listed in the corporation records of the Washington State Secretary of State. The dates of service were as follows:

first mailing: August 28, 2010

second mailing: July 30, 2012 (on or about)

third mailing: August 4, 2015

IN DEFAULT mailed: October 22, 2015

Absent the delivery of objections to the mailing address shown below no later than 5:00 PM on May 31, 2016 A.D., we will serve Google, Inc. with a DEMAND FOR PAYMENT that includes $805,000 in accrued interest, for a grand total of $2,805,000.00 USD.

Please also be fully aware that, in the case of Interval Licensing, LLC v. Google, Inc., Case No. 2:11-CV-00711 MJP (USDC/WDWA), all California attorneys who attempted to appear for named Defendant Google, Inc. did so without valid licenses to practice law in the State of California. Copies of relevant documentation are also enclosed, for your information.
