In connection with my pending Federal Tort Claim as presented to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, please know that fraudulent concealment, misleading and deceptive representations, continuing tortious and affirmative misconduct have all combined to cause enormous hardships to me and to my private estate.
Under separate cover, your offices should have already received my COMPLAINT ALLEGING FAILURE OF DOJ EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE RIGHTS TO A CRIME VICTIM UNDER THE CVRA OF 2004, dated 02/24/2017, with extensive documentation attached to that COMPLAINT.
