NOTICE TO RECIPIENT

I, John E. Trumane, hereby demand that you, the recipient of this
notice:

1.   exhibit the  valid photo  identification (proof of identity)
     of one  "Mark Extort" and provide me with a true and correct
     photocopy of  same  (see  "Identification"  in  Black's  Law
     Dictionary, Sixth Edition);

2.   exhibit the  certified oath  of office  of one "Mark Extort"
     and provide  me with  a true  and correct  photocopy of same
     (see U.S. Constitution, Article 6, Clause 3);

3.   exhibit the  certified delegation of authority for one "Mark
     Extort" and  provide me with a true and correct photocopy of
     same (see IRC Section 7804(a));

4.   exhibit the  official U.S.  Department of the Treasury badge
     and badge number for one "Mark Extort" and provide me with a
     true and correct photocopy of same;

I make  these demands  because I  have good cause to believe that
"Mark Extort"  is an  alias and  fictitious name  (see "Alias" in
Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition).

I certify  under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United
States of  America, without  the "United  States", that the above
statements are  true and  correct, to  the  best  of  my  current
information, knowledge and belief.

Rafael, California Republic.
