REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE PARDON OF LTC TERRY LAKIN
TO: President Donald J. Trump
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington 20500
District of Columbia, USA
DATE: February 18, 2017 A.D.
SUBJECT: impersonation at LTC Terry Lakin’s “court-martial” [sic]
(see next page for Executive Summary)
Greetings Mr. President and Commander-in-Chief:
We are writing again to urge you promptly to pardon LTC Terry Lakin, for reasons including but not limited to the verifiable facts that are documented in all enclosures.
Please take special note of the fact that our most recent 9x12” envelope was properly addressed as follows, but returned with the USPS endorsement “UNABLE TO FORWARD / NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED”:
Office of the Clerk of Court
U.S. Army Judiciary
Attn: JALS-CCO/FOIA Officer
901 North Stuart Street, Suite 1200
Arlington 22203-1837
Virginia, USA
The latter is also the address which we found today in the enclosed pages from the document entitled:
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT
REQUESTER SERVICE CENTERS
The above is also the same address which was provided to us in a letter dated September 8, 2010, and signed by Stephanie J. Courtney as Chief, Administrative Services Division (copy enclosed).
That was also the same address provided to us in a letter dated September 15, 2010, and signed by Dorothy Hindman as Freedom of Information/Privacy Act Officer (copy enclosed).
Before any more petty bureaucrats decide to laugh behind my back, hurl any more gratuitous insults in my direction, or delight in any further obstruction of my Rights under the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby invite all who may receive a copy of this REQUEST to read carefully the true story of my father on his 26th birthday in 1945.
He was in the first wave of U.S. Marines to attack the heavily fortified Japanese island of Iwo Jima. Officers at U.S. Marine HQ in Washington, D.C. liked that essay so much, they politely requested permission to distribute that true story within their organization.
This little reading exercise should send a few chills down the backs of every single petty bureaucrat currently sucking on pork troughs at the Pentagon. I never did tolerate any of the fascists or communists who appear to have infiltrated the Department of Defense, and you can tell every last traitor that my blood is still boiling and won’t stop boiling until you send all of them packing.
Now, back to the main reason for the instant REQUEST FOR PARDON.
Executive Summary
LTC Terry Lakin was not court-martialed by anyone with any of the credentials that are required of all such personnel by Article VI, Clause 3 in the U.S. Constitution, and by Acts of Congress that have implemented that Clause. Irrespective of any merits of LTC Lakin’s reasons for protesting Barry Soetoro’s impersonation, even the UCMJ requires qualified personnel to prosecute and conduct courts-martial.
More to the merits of LTC Lakin’s real reasons for protesting, the following Internet folder should satisfy any need the White House could ever have, in order to verify historical facts which prove that Mr. Soetoro (aka Barack Obama) was NEVER qualified to serve in the high Office of President of the United States of America, to wit:

You can tell the JCS that, if they prefer to war upon the son of a WWII war hero and Purple Heart recipient, they can meet me any time in the nearest parking lot, and we can have words with each other. He showed me that Purple Heart, and I know the real thing when I see it.
Thank you very much for your professional consideration, Pres. Trump and Commander-in-Chief.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
