Greetings Court Officers:

My office represents the United States ex rel. before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in the case of Berg v. Obama et al.

We have made several attempts to request the proper procedures to intervene on behalf of the United States (federal government) in the case now pending in your Court against Lt. Col. Lakin.

We have also submitted proper requests under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) for the credentials required of all Court Officers assigned to conduct that proceeding (see enclosed). Those requests are now PAST DUE.

Kindly deliver all enclosed documents to the Court Officers assigned to conduct the court martial against Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin.

We have enclosed three (3) identical sets: one for the Court, one for the Prosecutor, and one for the Defendant.

If additional copies are needed for any reason, kindly photocopy and distribute same, due to the short time available.
