Greetings Ms. Giaimo:

 

You may remember that I submitted a lawful FOIA request for your Form 61 Appointment Affidavit, and your Appointment Letter authorizing you to represent the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA [sic] in federal courts.

 

I have now received a letter dated June 11, 2003 A.D. from Mr. Richard L. Huff, Co‑Director of the Office of Information and Privacy, at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., confirming the fact that you have no lawful delegation(s) of authority to represent the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in federal courts.

 

Accordingly, this is my formal NOTICE to you of my specific intent to file a VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against you, for impersonating a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. 912, for multiple counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341, and for multiple counts of racketeering and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1962.
