SUBJECT: criminal conduct by Mr. John McCain as alleged in the

FOURTH VERIFIED CRIMINAL CROSS-COMPLAINT (copy attached)

I, Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Damaged Party, Citizen of California State, Private Attorney General, Qualified Federal Witness and Criminal Investigator, on My honor and under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United States of America, without the “United States” (federal government), hereby warrant that probable cause exists to justify the immediate arrest and arraignment of Mr. John McCain dba United States Senator on formal charges as itemized in the above stated FOURTH VERIFIED CRIMINAL CROSS-COMPLAINT and supporting evidentiary documents (see attached).

The specific charges alleged against Mr. John McCain are the deprivation of My fundamental Rights, including but not limited to My voting Rights, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 242 (one (1) count); conspiracy to deprive My fundamental Rights, including but not limited to My voting Rights, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 (one (1) count); and, being an accessory after the fact to obstruction of justice in violation of 18 U.S.C. 3 and 1503 (two (2) counts each).

I hereby verify, under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United States of America, without the “United States” (federal government), that I am the victim of, and also an eyewitness to, the criminal violations enumerated in said FOURTH VERIFIED CRIMINAL CROSS-COMPLAINT.

Please make all necessary arrangements to execute the arrest of Mr. John McCain dba United States Senator, and/or to schedule on-site assistance to this victim for purposes of executing a proper Citizen’s Arrest, at a time and place convenient to the victim and to your office.
