________________________________)

COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona

state and Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter

"Plaintiff"), to petition this honorable Court for an ORDER

instructing the Defendants to enter an involuntary alcohol

rehabilitation program supervised by Pima County Adult Probation

Services.

Plaintiff submits, for the benefit of this honorable Court,

all pleadings previously filed in the instant case, as sufficient

cause to examine both Defendants for probable chemical

contamination resulting from chronic alcohol consumption. The

chronic, pathological lying committed by Neil Thomas Nordbrock,

and the damages inflicted upon Plaintiff as a direct consequence

of such lying, are best explained, in the opinion of Plaintiff,

by Mr. Nordbrock's slow but steady surrender to the well

documented ravages of chronic alcohol abuse.

Petition for ORDERS re: Alcohol Rehabilitation & Privacy:

Plaintiff also wishes to provide formal Notice to all

interested party(s), and to this honorable Court, of Plaintiff's

intention to honor the Defendants' fundamental Right to privacy

in the instant case. According, Plaintiff hereby also petitions

this honorable Court for an ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to

seal this case file immediately.

                       REMEDIES REQUESTED

Wherefore, all premises having been considered, Plaintiff

hereby moves this honorable Court for ORDERS:

     (1) to the Clerk of Court, sealing the official record of

the instant case, so as to preserve the fundamental Rights to

privacy of all interested party(s); and,

     (2) to the Defendants, Neil and Evelyn Nordbrock, to enter

an alcohol rehabilitation program supervised by Pima County Adult

Probation Services, with all deliberate speed, and within ten

(10) calendar days of the date of said ORDER; and,

for any other relief which this honorable Court deems just

and proper.

     Thank you for your consideration.

Dated: March 18, 1997

Respectfully submitted,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
