MEMO

TO:       Hon. Ron Paul, M.C.

          U.S. House of Representatives

          Washington 20515-4314

FROM:     Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

          Private Attorney General, 18 U.S.C. 1964

DATE:     February 6, 2012 A.D.

SUBJECT:  enclosures

Greetings Congressman Paul:

I regret that I must refuse the enclosed letter dated January 23, 2012, from your Staff Assistant, Brenda Roell.

The matters my office wishes to bring to your official attention deeply concern not only each and every constituent of your particular Congressional District;  they deeply affect all American People who presently inhabit all Congressional Districts without exception.

If your staff had bothered to review all of the enclosures, they would have learned that the United States (Federal Government) ex rel. has now invoiced the parties most responsible for embezzling $2.3 TRILLION from the Treasury of the United States.

Moreover, the Federal statute at 18 U.S.C. 1964 authorizes automatic triple damages for such a conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities.  After that multiplier is properly applied to the $2.3 TRILLION minus our Management Fee, the debtors are now liable to the Treasury of the United States for $6,854,000,000,000 USD.

After I attempted to bring this matter to the official attention of Rep. Dan Burton in his capacity as a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, he replied in a manner similar to Brenda Roell’s letter.  On June 30, 2011, Mr. Burton wrote:

[C]ongressional courtesy dictates that I refer your letter to Congressman Jim McDermott.  I have contacted him and am confident that his investigation into this matter will be thorough.

In point of fact, Mr. McDermott has not responded to me in any manner during the two and a half years I have lived and worked in Seattle; and, to my knowledge, that “investigation” has not happened.  As such, Mr. McDermott has not represented me, does not represent me, and apparently has no intentions of ever representing me in any manner.

Moreover, I frequently read reports that you will be retiring from your House seat after your current term expires.  My desire to contact you directly concerning the enclosures attached to this MEMO is justified primarily, if not solely, by your prominent campaign for the Office of President of the United States.  I do hope you win!

Once again, if your Staff had bothered to review the enclosed documents, they would have confirmed that State Citizens -- like me -- are still barred from voting in General elections, because numerous State laws require all voters to be federal citizens.  The enclosed documents fully explain the correct meaning of that term, which is also formally defined in two editions of Black’s Law Dictionary.

If you are honestly and sincerely committed to remaining faithful to your Oath of Office, and to taking care that our Laws will be faithfully executed, I now require of you proof of that commitment specifically by taking appropriate action concerning all of the matters so thoroughly detailed in all attached documents.

Please do not permit any of your staff to screen this communication in such a manner that you are never allowed to see it, or any of the attached documents.

Thank you, Congressman Paul, for supporting and defending the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
