Hon. Joseph Kitchen

Chief of Police

San Leandro Police Department

901 E. 14th Street

San Leandro 94577

CALIFORNIA, USA

Subject:  Affidavit in re William D. Rippy, M.D.

Dear Chief Kitchen:

I have been placed in an extremely precarious position by the recent conduct of William D. Rippy, M.D.

Please see the enclosed AFFIDAVIT for details, verified under penalty of perjury.

I would like to schedule an appointment with one of your detectives, in order to go over the issues which are discussed in this AFFIDAVIT, and other issues which are not discussed in it.

I am a qualified federal witness and victim, and I have experienced a great deal of retaliation for my testimony in federal court, and my judicial activism.  However, I am not in the Federal Witness Protection Program, because I have proof that certain employees of the U.S. Department of Justice are involved in racketeering.

Dr. Rippy's sudden change of my deadline to vacate, from 30 days to 3 days, has placed me under great stress and additional concern for my safety, and my ability to move myself and all my belongings to a safe location.

For my own continued safety and peace of mind, I would appreciate it very much if the San Leandro Police Department refrained from contacting Dr. Rippy, at any time during the next three days.  This should allow me to pack and move my documents and other personal belongings to safe storage.

I will be happy to meet with your Detectives, at any time that is convenient to their busy schedules.

Chief Kitchen, thank you very much for your consideration.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
