SUBJECT:  missing credentials required by Law of personnel now

seated on the 3rd and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal

Greetings Plaintiffs:

Attached please find material evidence from our investigative database that is relevant to the question of Rights of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in the above entitled case.

We will shortly follow with similar evidence acquired by my office in connection with Berg v. Obama et al., in which the United States (Federal government) petitioned ex rel. for leave to intervene, and later appealed to the Third Circuit in Philadelphia.

For your convenience meanwhile, the latter evidence is readily available at the Supreme Law Library on the Internet here:

A similar pattern of missing credentials was also confirmed at the Third Circuit, particularly for all three (3) Third Circuit personnel who were assigned to preside on the panel in that appeal.

To conserve paper and postage expenses, the entire investigative database is here on the Internet, for your convenience:

Thank you for your commitments to support and defend the Constitution for the United States of America against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Sincerely yours,
