SUBJECT:  rubber stamp “clerks” at U.S. District Court, Seattle

Greetings Officer Moss:

I’ve now made a good faith effort to decipher the name showing on the “By” line, immediately above “Deputy Clerk” on the attached “warrant”.

Thus far, I have been unable to locate any name that even approximates the letters that are legible in that name.

I’m forced to conclude that all text which is slightly rotated clockwise is a rubber stamp, including also the illegible “signature”.

Also, for your information and consideration, it is now apparent from my careful review of the facts that the raiders who trespassed into my apartment, and absconded with valuable private property on 6/11/2013, did lie to my landlord, they did lie to my immediate neighbors by shouting “warrant!”, and they did lie to 2 Seattle Police Officers.  The raiders did so, of course, after I timely informed them that the “warrant” they held was fraudulent “sewer service”.

Both William M. McCool and James P. Donohue have now failed to produce any evidence of their U.S. Office of Personnel Management Standard Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS, as required by 5 U.S.C. 2906 and 3331.

Also, my Freedom of Information Act request for the same credential of the 2 IRS “agents,” also implicated in that trespass and grand theft, will be PAST DUE on July 12, 2013 (i.e. after 20 business days).

Because the business cards of both “agents” display “Department of the Treasury”, they will be under formal investigation on suspicion of impersonating an officer of the United States (Federal government) if that required credential is not timely produced.  See 18 U.S.C. 912,  31 U.S.C. 333 and 44 U.S.C. 3512(b) (for starters).

Thank you, once again, for your continuing professional consideration, Officer Moss.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
