NOTICE OF INTENT to lodge
administrative complaint against
The State Bar of California, all
officers, all registered "members"
TO: President Donald J. Trump
Cc: Hon. Todd Blanche, Deputy Attorney General
Greetings Mr. President and
Deputy Attorney General Blanche:
This NOTICE informs you of the
specific intent of the United States ex rel.
to lodge a formal administrative
complaint against all officers and
against all registered
"members" of The State Bar of California.
Because findings of fact and
conclusions of law have already been
thoroughly documented, we will
endeavor to keep this NOTICE
as brief as possible.
Supporting documentation is appended below.
A careful review of the State
Bar Act in California informs any
capable reader of the following
legal requirements imposed
upon all "licenses"
duly issued to all of its registered members:
Each such license is a single
sheet of paper
(a) front side is the
CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION
(b) back side is the
CERTIFICATE OF OATH
Any casual observer will be
correct to infer that all such
licenses are intended by the
State Bar Act of California
to remain in the custody of each
registered "member" --
in a format that can be framed
and mounted on the
wall of each member's
professional office.
This practice of displaying
valid "licenses" is very common
for many California businesses
and professionals
e.g. medical licenses, civil engineering licenses, etc.
The bottom line here is
not difficult to understand:
not one valid license for
any registered "members"
of The State Bar of California
was ever disclosed
to The Credential
Investigation, despite our every effort
and despite our due diligence
commencing circa
The legal consequences have
already been partially
enumerated in outstanding
INVOICES, and a proper
VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ON
INFORMATION
as required by 18 U.S.C. 4
(Misprision of felony):
In the latter INVOICE, please
take specific note of
balance due to United States payable to
Treasury of the United States (31 U.S.C. 302): $2,264,555,640,000.
We believe your high Office is
ideally situated to commence
earnest negotiations with
responsible officials currently
employed at The State Bar of
California, to identify, enumerate
and aggregate all insurance
policies which are active and available
to discharge all, or a
significant portion, of said "balance due" supra.
For that reason, we further
recommend that you directly involve
the Office of the Secretary of
the Treasury in all such earnest
negotiations, due to the obvious
potential to apply settlements
to substantial reductions
of the U.S. Government's annual deficits.
You also have at your disposal
the Act of Congress authorizing
civil investigative
demands: 18 U.S.C. 1968 (cf. "enterprise")
Also, in light of applicable
Federal laws, the McDade Act
at 28 U.S.C. 530B directly
implicates all U.S. Government
attorneys who are, or were,
registered "members" of the
same State Bar of
California. Consequently, this matter
surely qualifies as a
"Federal Question": 28 U.S.C. 1331
In closing, please incorporate
all documents linked to the
following table of contents, as
if all were set forth fully here:
Thank you, President Trump and
Deputy Attorney General Blanche,
for your commitments to
confronting this chronic, and very damaging,
monopoly enterprise that is now impersonating duly registered
"members"
of The State Bar of California: 18 U.S.C. 1961 et seq.
We are standing by
promptly to assist both of you, and/or your authorized
delegates, with any questions
you may still have.
