Greetings Disclosure Officer:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that a true and correct copy of the following documents be provided to Me, without delay:

1. APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS executed by Mr. Nathaniel B. Parker, currently claiming to be a Trial Attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., as required by the federal statute at 5 U.S.C. 3331.

2. OATH OF OFFICE executed by Mr. Nathaniel B. Parker, currently claiming to be a Trial Attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 544.

3. APPOINTMENT LETTER appointing Mr. Nathaniel B. Parker to the position of Trial Attorney and delegating power of attorney to Mr. Nathaniel B. Parker legally to represent either “United States of America” [sic] or “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” [sic] or “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” [sic] in any federal courts.

I request a waiver of all fees for this request.

Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.
