We regret to inform you hereby that you are now under formal investigation on suspicion of elder abuse as defined in Oregon State laws and enforced by Oregon State administrative practices, of aiding and abetting widespread infiltration of the United States District Court for the judicial district of Oregon and numerous resulting and consequential felony crimes, and of conspiring to engage in a pattern of racketeering activities as properly and formally alleged in RELATOR’S THIRD VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ON INFORMATION (“VCC3”) (already provided under separate cover). 337 U.S. 137 (1949), and Miranda v.
Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966),
formal NOTICE is hereby given to you that you have the Right to remain silent,
under the Fifth Amendment; you have the
Right to assistance of Counsel, under the Sixth Amendment; and, any thing which you say, or do, from
this point forward, can and will be held against you in the District Court of
the United States supra. See 18
U.S.C. 3231 (DCUS). Statutes conferring
