SUBJECT: Mail
Fraud Conspiracy by federal employees
in
Tucson, Arizona (see 18 U.S.C. 241)
I have been damaged by a mail fraud
conspiracy involving several federal employees in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona.
Can you please explain to me, in writing, why
nothing has happened as a result of my several requests for a formal
investigation?
I am requesting that the suspects be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, so that I may claim the monetary
awards to which I am entitled.
I am an eyewitness to the criminal conduct of
which I complain, and I am willing to testify against the suspects in question.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
