3. properly executed USPS Form 3801 Standing Delivery Order authorizing one “K Barnes” to receive RESTRICTED DELIVERY and Registered U.S. Mail on behalf of the Hon. John S. Einhorn, P.O. Box 122724, San Diego 92112, CALIFORNIA, USA (see attached).
