At the suggestion earlier today by a trusted counter clerk at the U.S. Post Office in downtown San Diego, we are transmitting herewith preliminary evidence constituting probable cause that the felony federal offenses itemized above have been and are being committed, on a regular basis, by employees of the federal judiciary in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, and Riverside, California.
