SUBJECT:  FOIA Request number OLP/07-R0195

Greetings Ms. Feuer:

In your letter to us dated February 23, 2007 (copy attached), you assured us that our FOIA Request for the Tenth Circuit’s credentials would be processed as soon as possible.

You also stated that we may contact you at the above address if we have any questions.  We do have a question now:

Would you kindly reply in writing to report the latest status of this outstanding FOIA Request?

We are particularly interested in knowing if any of your superiors in the Department of Justice have done anything to prevent or otherwise delay your routine assistance to our ongoing investigation of missing credentials.  If so, we would like to receive written confirmation from you that this has, in fact, occurred.

Thank you very much for your timely professional assistance.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
