SUBJECT:  criminal copyright infringement and

          false designation of origin

 

 

On the federal questions which arise from criminal copyright infringement, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2319 and the federal Copyright Act, and from falsely designating the true origins of the stolen and modified derivatives of “The Federal Zone” which were hosted on AOL’s network of computers without this author’s authorization, in violation of the Lanham Act, please be advised of my specific intent to sue AOL in its corporate capacity, and all individuals recently named in my VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT executed and served on the Washington, D.C. office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in their private capacities, for all actual, consequential, and exemplary (punitive) damages, and for all other relief which an unbiased federal venue deems just and proper, under the circumstances including, but not limited to, all direct and indirect copyright infringements which occurred after March 17, 1999, and all related violation(s) of the Lanham Act, for falsely designating the origins of said stolen and modified derivatives of the subject work.
