TO EXECUTE CITIZENS ARREST

SUBJECT:  Bank Fraud, Mail Fraud, Fraud upon the

          Pima County Consolidated Justice Court,

          and retaliating against a Federal Witness

 

 

This is our formal Notice to you of our specific intent to execute a proper and lawful Citizen's Arrest, pursuant to the pertinent Arizona Revised Statutes, upon the body of your Person, for your several felony violations of applicable state and federal criminal codes in connection with your malpractices and professional misconduct in the case of Mitchell v. Nordbrock, PCCJC case number #CV-97-3438.

 

Probable cause for same has already been properly, and thoroughly documented in prior written communications already mailed to you, via first class United States Mail;  filed in the above entitled case;  and verified pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746, the federal statute which governs verifications of signatures on federal income tax returns (i.e. Form 1040), albeit without (outside) the "United States" (federal government).

 

Please do not resist arrest, because you can and will be held liable even further for this additional violation.  Pursuant to the holding of the United States Supreme Court in the case of Miranda v. Arizona, you are hereby informed that you have the Right to remain silent;  you have the Right to an attorney;  and anything which you say, or do, from this point forward, can and will be held against you in a court of Law.
