We emphatically object to the false statement
which was directed to Yahoo Technical Support
by a member of your staff.
I have a fundamental Right, and duty, to enforce my
exclusive copyrights in "The Federal Zone: Cracking
the Code of Internal Revenue," all editions.

Dear Yahoo Technical Support:
The Mohave Electric Cooperative is under investigation
for possible copyright infringements in connection
with the Internet domain CTAZ.COM.
The InterNIC WHOIS database lists "NRTC Admin Contact"
<http://us.f115.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose?To=lmarks@nrtc.org&YY=7248&order=down&sort=date&pos=0> as the Technical Contact, and Zone
Contact, for the Mohave Electric Cooperative,
dba Internet Domain MOHAVEAZ.COM.
The Mohave Electric Cooperative has failed to
designate an agent for notification of complaints
of criminal copyright infringement, which is their
legal obligation under 17 U.S.C. 512(c).
Therefore, we have no alternative but to notify
all contacts as listed in the InterNIC WHOIS
database.
If you have any further questions, please contact
me here.
