Greetings Charles D. Ferrari,

 

I specifically deny that you have executed a valid Oath of Office to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Oregon.

 

 

NOTICE

 

Section 101 of Title 4 of the United States Code reads as follows:

 

     Every member of a State legislature, and every executive and judicial officer of a State, shall, before he proceeds to execute the duties of his office, take an oath in the following form, to wit:  I, A B, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States.

DEMAND

 

Formal DEMAND is hereby made of you to deliver certified evidence of said Oath of Office to the mailing location shown below, care of My Forwarding Agent, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2003 A.D.

 

Failure to perform will give Me probable cause to charge you with violating 4 U.S.C 101 supra, and with trespass on the case.  See Common Law Pleading, by Joseph H. Koffler and Alison Reppy, St. Paul, West Publishing Co., 1969, Chapter 8.
