SUBJECT:  Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.

          #CIV. S-01-1480 WBS DAD PS

Greetings Ms. Cate:

Attached please find a true and correct copy of the WAIVER OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS by which Indiana University agreed that judgment may be entered against it, if an ANSWER or MOTION was not served within sixty (60) calendar days after August 7, 2001 A.D.  The absolute deadline was October 8, 2001 A.D. (allowing one day of grace).

No such ANSWER or MOTION has been served upon Me or upon any of My designated agents.

No such ANSWER or MOTION has been filed in the Clerk’s official docket file, by you or by anyone with a valid license to practice law in the State of California.  See section 6067 of the California Business and Professions Code.

Accordingly, Indiana University is now in default as against My Initial COMPLAINT for damages in the amount of two billion, six hundred twenty million, eight hundred thousand lawful United States dollars ($2,620,800,000.00).  See Seventh Amendment.

We will now proceed to perfect a lawful lien against the University of Arkansas, and to commence enforcement and collection proceedings.

Thank you, Ms. Cate, for your consideration.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
