now passed, and you have fallen totally and completely silent. See U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F.2d 297, 299
(1977) and Carmine v. Bowen, 64 A. 932 (1906), concerning the
implications I am entitled to draw from your silence.
Accordingly, this is My invoice for purposes
of claiming the reward payments which are due to Me for providing information
and services proving Theft, Possession, Destruction, or Obstruction of Mail,
and Related Offenses. See USPS Notice

same. The total amount due is computed
