COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of California State, expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal citizen"), Counselor at Law, qualified Federal Witness, Private Attorney General, and sole Author of the book which is entitled "The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue," all editions (hereinafter "Author"), appearing specially before a Judge of the United States, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4, for the purpose of filing and serving this, the AUTHOR'S SECOND AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE in support of the VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS attached and incorporated infra.

INCORPORATION OF DOCUMENTS

This AFFIDAVIT hereby incorporates true and correct copies of twenty-four (24) VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS, which are attached hereto in part, and incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein. Supporting exhibits accompanied said COMPLAINTS.

This AFFIDAVIT also incorporates certain BACKGROUND FACTS as stated on Pages 5 of 43, thru 24 of 43, inclusive, in Author's VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES AND INJUNCTION FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND RELATED CLAIMS: JURY DEMANDED (not yet filed), which Pages are attached in full, and hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein.

Author hereby reserves His fundamental Right to amend said BACKGROUND FACTS for cause, at times and places of His choosing.

Author hereby testifies that the facts as stated supra constitute probable cause to charge all Persons as named in said VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS, with the crimes enumerated therein.
