Dear Postmaster,

This is My VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Midwest Internet Exchange, Inc., receiving mail at P.O. Box 8368, Fort Wayne, Indiana state.

I attach four (4) Exhibits: "A", "B", "C", and "D", which are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein.

Exhibit "A" is a true and correct copy of My letter dated October 10, 1997, to the Indiana Secretary of State, Corporation Division.

Exhibit "B" is a true and correct copy of one side of the returned PS Form 3811, signed by "U. R. Nuts" [sic].

Exhibit "C" is a true and correct copy of the reverse side of said PS Form 3811.

Exhibit "D" is a true and correct copy of the first class LEGAL MAIL which I recently directed to Mr. Scott Kwilinski [sic], c/o 2100 Goshen Rd., Ste. 222, Fort Wayne 46808/tdc, INDIANA STATE, which LEGAL MAIL was returned to sender, ATTEMPTED -- NOT KNOWN. Mr. Kwilinski's name and address are recorded with the office of the Indiana Secretary of State as the agent for service of process.
