Legislative Counsel Explanation:This Act Authorizes The Town Of Cumberland To Issue Not More Than $10,900,000 Bonds And/Or Notes To Finance The Construction Of Schools And School Facilities And/Or Additions, Renovations, Improvements, Alterations And Repairs, And To Finance The Purchase of furnishings and equipment for schools and school facilities in the town which are part of the Cumberland School Department. Sections 11 and 12 shall take effect upon passage. The remainder of the Act takes effect upon approval of the questionprovided for in Section 11.
