Mr Mitchell: I had an interesting Friday with my lawyer, a PI, and
a Legal Services Network representative.
It would seem that you are entirely out of bounds. They suggest I
simply ignore you.
I'm not the type of person to ignore things like this. You've
brought yourself to my attention.
I have forwarded a copy of your order form, highlighting the
interesting
bit about blank postal money orders, to your Postmaster and to
the Department of Trade and Consumer Protectionism.
I have forwarded all of our communication to the IRS regional
offices for HI/CA, highlighting again your printed attempts to
avoid recording income received, as well as that interesting
clause in your "suit" (which, until it has been filed in a court
of law, given a case number, and I have been *served* in person
and not by first class mail or email is NOT a suit!) asking
for a trust of your seemingly ridiculous damages "outside the
federal zone." They will also be interested that you claim NO
income from sales of your work, yet make it impossible to prove that
you received any or no income with your postal money order scheme.
I have hired a Private Investigator to locate your actual person,
not any of the many layers of forwarding services and false
numbers you scatter everywhere. Once I have an actual address
for you, I will acquaint the authorities with your residential
address, as well as make it available to several other of
your "responsdents" with whom I have been in contact, and probably
the public via usenet and a dedicated domain name; and finally
I will file an _actual_ suit against you for harassment and
interference of business activities. The suit will be filed
in my legal state of business, WI. I will also file for
actual costs and damages, which as of Friday had hit the
$400 mark.
All this because one of my former subcontractors found a link
about your work worthy of sharing to a few of us, and most of us,
including myself, never had the time to look? Amazing. Especially
since while I may not think you are correct, I would normally be
supportive of some of your views as I've read in the past month.
I've read just about everything publically available about you,
as well as created a permanent file.
This is unfortunately a bad case of "wrong person, wrong time."
Please realize that all of my statements above are true,
paid for, and once I have an actual address and location,
will be delivered to you and served upon you in person.
Perhaps you did not have enough time to think about your mistakes
while a "political prisoner" in jail. Perhaps you are mentally
infirm. Perhaps, you really hope to make some sort of profit
from this, as you have obviously exhausted all honest avenues
of producing income for yourself. None of these things matter
now that you have started the ball rolling.
I will see you in court, in Wisconsin. This is not a legal
communication, and can not be construed as such. All such legal
communication from myself and my company will come to you in the
form of certified/registered mail or from an actual human server.
