Dear President and Mrs. Carter:

It was a sheer delight for me last evening when one of my favorite American couples appeared on the television screen in my hotel room, addressing a town hall meeting at The Carter Center recently, with Dr. John Hardman doing the honors.  Both of you are looking so terrific, I became quite nostalgic, longing for days when America enjoyed superior leadership in the White House and a most beautiful First Lady.

I’ve enclosed some materials which I do hope you will find time in your very busy schedules to review, and perhaps confirm on your own.  The Most High has gifted me with an ability to see through the labyrinth and, after an experience similar to St. Paul’s on the road to Damascus, ever since then my life has been one amazing discovery after another, and a few shipwrecks to complete the parallel journey.

I was also interested to learn that you have succeeded in making regular contact with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  Our research motivated us to intervene in the federal antitrust case against the Microsoft Corporation; sadly, however, no one from Microsoft or that Foundation did anything to acknowledge our ground-breaking approach to that litigation.  We were extremely disappointed that no one even thought to write so much as a “thank you” note, not even using email.  Do you think Copernicus was treated this way too?

Another reason why I am writing to you is to inform you that major litigation moves have now been filed against the Internal Revenue Service, under auspices of the Supreme Law Firm.  In two companion appeals now pending before the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, we have applied for preliminary injunctions to bar the IRS from depositing any tax collections into any accounts other than the Treasury of the United States.  Once granted, we will then move to re-route all IRS incoming mail into D.C., effectively closing all IRS field offices.

And, after prevailing in several cases against the IRS, and seeing absolutely no changes in their overall MO or patterns of racketeering, we recently applied to the federal district court in Santa Ana, California, for an ORDER formally dissolving the IRS.  Again, see enclosed pleadings.  God willing, these MOTIONS will soon see justice and no further obstructions of any kind.

The good news I want to share with you has to do with my federal court case against AOL Time Warner, Inc. and 128 other named defendants, for infringing my exclusive copyrights and trademarks in the book entitled “The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue.”  This case is now on appeal to the Ninth Circuit;  a printed copy of the Internet Table of Contents is also enclosed.

Our small group of benefactors have recently consented to proceeding in the Superior Court of California with COUNT SIX: Civil RICO.  The addition of a second triple damage multiplier, authorized by 18 U.S.C. 1964, will cause our initial damage calculations to exceed $4.5 Billion (not million), and this total does not include any other consequential or exemplary damages which a trial jury will be free to award.  You may not already know that, in 1996 A.D., Congress added criminal copyright infringement to the list of RICO predicate acts itemized at 18 U.S.C. 1961(1)(B).

With settlements and jury awards that we expect to win from this case, we are planning to establish the Supreme Law College ‑‑ to teach American constitutional law ‑‑ most likely on sovereign land in Missouri which has been offered to us for this purpose.  We are also committed to providing generous support of The EyeCare Fund ‑‑ Vision for Everyone, under the good auspices of Dr. John C. Alden’s medical practice in Oakland, California.  This Fund will provide routine and emergency eye care to patients who cannot afford insurance.  There are also a few anonymous benefactors who would like to be repaid for their timely, and pivotal, financial assistance (and they will be repaid).

Somewhere in between all these other worthwhile projects, the Lord has also let me know that I am to campaign soon for a seat in the House of Representatives, using proceeds from the AOL case to finance that campaign.  Exactly where and when this campaign will take place still remains a “classified” file in God’s eternal archives.  I was looking closely at a Federal Reserve Note the other day, and “In God We Trust” has taken on a very special meaning in my life.  Without His constant and reliable help, the protracted retaliations I routinely endure would surely have put me “six feet under” many years ago.  I do have His tentative approval to push Easter lilies, instead of daisies, when I am finally laid to rest.

Please let us know how we might be able to assist The Carter Center with many of its humanitarian projects.  For example, I was once a lead carpenter, I have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on occasion and I still have all my fingers (needed for typing).  I have even designed a solar cooling invention for residential structures, which I shared with the Habitat staff in North Carolina.  Mrs. Carter, I am told you are quite handy with a hammer and an apron full of sixteen penny nails!

Both of you have become such inspirational teachers and mentors, by virtue of your most excellent examples, I would consider it a great honor to follow in your footsteps and to utilize your superb morality to demonstrate Biblical Stewardship to every member of Congress and to every single student who passes through the Supreme Law College.

Do keep up all the good work.  I pray that the Most High and living God will grace your efforts with abundant joy and success overflowing, always and every way.  Amen.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
