Certified list of all civil and criminal actions brought by the plaintiffs "United States" and the "United States of America", under authority of subtitle F in the Internal Revenue Code, during the period when former U.S. Senator Lloyd Bentsen allegedly occupied the office of Secretary of the Treasury, list to include case docket numbers, case parties, names and locations of courts which were petitioned in those actions, clerks of the courts which first filed these actions, attorney(s) of record, presiding judges and magistrates, and statutes which were allegedly violated and which allegedly invoked the jurisdiction of the courts which were petitioned in those actions. See Article I, Section 6, Clause 2, in the U.S. Constitution.
