FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT APPEAL

Greetings again Douglas Hibbard:

Our original FOIA Request dated 3/26/2025 specifically requested

a copy of Mr. Merrick Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION,

NOT his APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS:

We did follow your latest directions;  but, we did not find any electronic copies

of Mr. Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION appointing him

to the Office of U.S. Attorney General:

It is our studied understanding that a PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION

duly appointing the U.S. Attorney General must be recorded

by the U.S. Secretary of State.  See 5 U.S.C. 2902(a):

("Secretary of State shall make out and record ....")

Please also see our relevant re-submittal to the U.S. Department of State

as archived here:

Please accept this brief email message as a proper FOIA Appeal of our

original FOIA Request for Mr. Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION.

Thanks again!  And, have a safe and wonderful day, please.
