Cc:  "U.S. Attorney General" <attorney.general@usdoj.gov>, publicaffairs@stateoig.gov, "Steven J. Jensen c/o" <public.affairs@fbi.gov>

Greetings Mr. President:

We are sharing this ACTUAL NOTICE with you in partial satisfaction

of legal obligations imposed by 18 U.S.C. 4 (Misprision of felony).

Neither U.S. DOJ nor the U.S. State Department have been able to disclose

a copy of the PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION appointing Merrick Garland

to the Office of the U.S. Attorney General:

In particular, see implications summarized here:

NOTICE OF DEFECTIVE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY:  5 U.S.C. 2902(c)

https://supremelaw.org/rsrc/commissions/garland.merrick/letter.2025-03-27/defective.delegation.htm

Absent a valid PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION,

Merrick Garland could not legally countersign any COMMISSION

for any of the 187 district "judges" Mr. Biden allegedly appointed:

Some of the latter should be investigated for attempting to obstruct

your lawful Executive Orders but without lawful authority to do so.

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
