Thank you for your latest letter
(see .pdf attached).
Please be fully informed that
the Act of Congress at 5 U.S.C. 2902(a)
designates the Secretary of State as the legal custodian of
the
PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION required
of all duly appointed
U.S. Attorneys General, NOT
the U.S. Department of Justice:
"... the Secretary
of State shall make out and record, and
affix the seal of the
United States to,
the commission of an
officer appointed by the President."
The long and tedious history of
our proper FOIA Requests
for Mr. Merrick Garland's
PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION as AG
is carefully archived in the
following Internet folders,
I wish to take this
opportunity to object to the painfully obvious delays
proven by all of the
latter documentation.
Perhaps some
day in the distant future, you might be able to explain to me
why so many Federal personnel
routinely, and gleefully violate laws that apply
specifically to them. Start
here:
Then, there are the 187 district court "robes" who were allegedly
"commissioned"
by Merrick Garland, pursuant to
5 U.S.C. 2902(c):
Question: does
Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION as AG
exhibit another
"autopen" signature of Joseph Biden?
Do have a wonderful day,
nevertheless.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S., Retired
