Greetings again:

Of equal significance to The Credential Investigation

is this FOIA Request for Merrick Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION:

We never received any copy(s) of that mandatory credential for Mr. Garland,

even though 5 USC 2902(a) does designate the U.S. Department of State

as the legal custodian:

"...  the Secretary of State shall make out and record, and

affix the seal of the United States to,

the commission of an officer appointed by the President."

We also reserve the right to inspect Mr. Garland's PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION

in order to determine if Mr. Biden's signature was also "auto-penned":

NOTICE OF DEFECTIVE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY:   5 U.S.C. 2902(c)

(+ all Attachments appended at the end)

Thank you again for your attention to this overdue matter.
