Greetings Richard H. Kyle,
We regret to inform you that the APPOINTMENT
AFFIDAVIT and OATH OF OFFICE for you that we obtained from the U.S. Department
of Justice, in response to our lawful FOIA Request
for same, are both invalid and fatally defective.
All four (4) credentials required of Mr. Donald

PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS which we previously served upon him via U.S. Mail.
See copies enclosed.
Accordingly, we are hereby refusing your
APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT and OATH OF OFFICE for cause, due to these fatal defects.
Sincerely yours,
