Yes, I know about this.  We are bringing a more
fundamental challenge:  if the grand jury which
indicted the defendant was not a legal body,
then no court would have ANY subject matter
jurisdiction whatsoever over a criminal prosecution,
if it was founded on an indictment that is null
and void.
