Subject: SLS: What is the outcome of your action for an elector in the
  STATE OF ARIZONA?
 wen-tools.com>

The Governor of Arizona is in bankruptcy,
and I had to petition that court to lift
the automatic stay barring law suits against
bankrupt debtors. That just happened, two
weeks ago, so I now have a green light to sue
the Governor and Arizona state.

I am waiting for my desk to clear a little bit. :)

FYI: a similar challenge is now before the
8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis,
so I have been concentrating on that case
instead of my own. The issues are very
similar:

  nationwide voter registration fraud

Thanks for the interest.

p.s. It is not "STATE OF ARIZONA"
but "Arizona state" [sic]. The former
is a de facto municipal subdivision of
the District of Columbia, operating
as a Territory of the United States.
