The Appellant's OPENING BRIEF in U.S.A. v. Gilbertson
was received and filed by the United States Court of
Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in St. Louis, Missouri,
on June 18, 1997, the deadline for submission of the
OPENING BRIEF.  The United States now has one month
to respond.

Copies of Appellant's OPENING BRIEF are available from
the Supreme Law Firm for $25 in cash or blank U.S.
Postal Money Order.  The proceeds go into the Appellant's
legal defense fund.  All copies will be laser-printed
on white paper, embossed by the Supreme Law Firm, and
mailed via Priority U.S. Mail in a flat rate envelope,
within 48 hours after receipt of order ("ARO").
