Maybe then she will resign! Halleluia!! I plan to copy my Notice to the Highway Patrol, the Border Patrol, Airport Commissioners, and Amtrak officials, as a way of letting them know that they now have authority to arrest, arraign, and extradite her to Texas, to stand trial for murder in the first degree. She is free to travel into the state, but she will leave in chains, if we have our way. The one thing we don't have, that would help, are AFFIDAVITS OF PROBABLE CAUSE signed by the relatives of the deceased children. Somebody in Waco needs to work on that. They can use the two docket numbers we have for People v. United States -- one in Montana, and the other in west Texas. The latter might be more appropriate, given that it was brought in a Texas state court. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://www.supremelaw.com At 05:29 AM 7/1/97 -0400, you wrote: > > >Way To Go Paul! > > ======================================================================== Paul Andrew Mitchell : Counselor at Law, federal witness B.A., Political Science, UCLA; M.S., Public Administration, U.C.
